Unable to sign in - signed in on another device

As part of our new release for version 17.0.2 onwards of MyMobileWorkers, we now restrict users from signing in on more than 1 device. If you are presented with the error that you are signed in on another device, you must either:


1) Log out of the device you last used by using the Logout button on the main menu


2) Speak with your office and ask them to sign you out via the web portal (for office staff reading this, this can be done by going to the Users tab followed by Mobile Users; click on the user affected and then press Force Logout which will sign them out and allow them to sign in to their new device
