An Activity is an action which has been performed against a job. Each activity corresponds to a specific action or stage of the job. Every activity is timestamped, and therefore provides administrative staff with the ability to check the current progress of each job.
In order to view the Activities which have been recorded against a job:
- Click on the jobs tab
- Click on the job, which activities you want to view
- Click the 'Activities' button at the bottom of the job detail page.
This will provide a list of all of the Activities which have been recorded against a job, and the time at which they were recorded.
