How do I see route codes on my device?

If you are not seeing routes on your device it may be because you are not assigned to the same branch as what the route(s) are. Or someone else has already downloaded the route before you.

The office staff can check on the portal that the route you are trying to download is either assigned to the same branch, or that no one else has downloaded the it before you.
