How do I create a custom status for jobs?

If you need more information as to the status of a job, there’s an option to create a custom status.


You can choose to apply these statuses to any new (not downloaded to device) or completed job.


To create a custom status for jobs, follow these steps:


  1. In the web portal, select ‘Settings’ from the list along the top
  2. On the menu on the left, select ‘Job options’ and ‘Custom statuses’
  3. On the right, there’s a button to ‘Add new custom status’
  4. Fill out the details, select a colour and press ‘Save’


You can now change the status of jobs on the portal.
